Our Policy

Due to COVID masks must be worn in salon.

Luxury shampoo and condition is included in ALL services.

If you find something wrong with you style please let me know as soon as you notice.

All services more than 24 hrs old will not be touched up or modified.

Feel free to voice your concerns to me while you are in the salon or within 24 hrs.

NO BRAID SERVICES ON SATURDAYS.

Please be advised that most braid services may take longer or shorter per person based on hair density
-
(ex: 7hr service may take an extra hr or two if the person has very thick hair as opposed to some one with fine hair 2 hrs can be taken off entire service.)

I do not provide braiding hair.

I prefer to use (soul sista) yacky perm pre-stretched. (fun rainbow colors are accepted in any brand)

Please do not bring extra people to your appointment that aren't being serviced.

We are a fully staffed salon with limited seating. (COVID restrictions)

Children Services are for those between the ages of 7-12 years.

If child is tender headed please bring snacks, ipad or tablet to ensure comfort and allow me to work

If the child is too tender headed and can not be contained, unfortunately I will not accept bookings in the future.

No babying child or hovering my work space

You will kindly be asked to have a seat or may be subjected to leave.

This will allow the child to develop salon etiquette and trust with me.

Please respect my wishes. Failure to do so will result in no future bookings.

Children are subject to cry although I am quite gentle with all braiding services.

50% Deposit is required to book all appointments

This is indeed non-refundable for no call no shows!

Deposit is transferable for rescheduled appointments.

Valid for one use and must be used within 30 Days
